It is one of a kind in a way that it hopes to band all 400,000 BPO employees into one community online and in the process provide them a venue to discuss anything under the sun (and the moon). It is also a venue for them to know about the latest news and products that they can purchase in malls or online.

2. Campaign description / mechanics: WebGeek Philippines is community that acts as a venue for Filipino Web Enthusiasts to share knowledge and network with other Web Users.

As the World Wide Web evolves, the role of the web users will evolve with it. The WebGeek Philippines envisions itself as a community of common interest, where members can find common ground for communication, skills and education, regardless of their specific responsibilities or abilities.

Our goals and purposes are to transform the web experience into a more productive way to gain more knowledge and information needed in their everyday web experiences, to establish a community for Filipino’s with common interest in broad topics about World Wide Web, to implement a continuous system for conducting & organizing seminars, workshops, contests and other activities, To provide the community an opportunity to experience unity and to share knowledge with other people from the different companies, schools and from professionals.

Learning through sharing. Having an open mind about learning from anything or anyone will help you go a long way in this field. Technology changes faster than we can keep track of. Be willing to learn. Be respectful of those who are spending the time to teach you. As community we should be open to sharing information and teaching. Not only is it vital for what we do, but it’s also a great way to gain better understanding. Teaching is the best way to learn.

How To Join:
This contest is open to all members of Sulit.com.ph
Create a Valentine's Day Postcard for your loved ones using any computer software with a dedication in not more than 50 words
Your entry must be original
You may send us your postcard entries anytime between now and February 9, 2010 (12pm)
You may submit up to 5 entries
You can use pictures, drawings, poems, objects, paintings, illustrations or whatever you want to create your masterpiece
Postcard dimensions should be 5.83in x 7.87in with resolution of 300dpi
Files should be in .jpg, .bmp or .png format. It should not exceed 10 MB
Original files cannot be returned so please make sure you have made a backup copy for your records
When sending the entries, it must include the following information:
Full Name
Contact Number
Name of Recipient
Complete Address of Recipient (Philippine address only)

Criteria:
The 10 winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:
Artwork: 50%
Dedication / verse: 20%
Originality: 15%
Impact: 15%

Prizes:
The 10 winning entries will be produced and will be delivered to their respective loved ones together with a special Valentine's bouquet courtesy of Island Rose on February 13, 2010.

The 10 winning entries will also get 3000 SC each. All non-winning pre-selected entries will get 500 SC each.

Winners will be announced on February 10, 2010.

Campaign Description: An online forum dedicated to call center employees.
A specific campaign is the membership recruitment that started when the site went online last July 2009. We set up a Facebook page, a Facebook Fan Page, a Facebook Group Page, an account in Multiply, Friendster, Myspace and Twitter. As of now, we have some 1,170 members in www.pinoycallture.com and some 5,000 members in our social networking sites. We recently had a first EB of our members in Makati.

The membership recruitment drive online will make www.pinoycallture.com familiar to all employees in the BPO industry and hopefully encourage them to become members of the site.
