Just curious to know what software development methodology works best for you especially for web-based projects.

I think, for me, gone are the days when specs are all being put into writing entirely before development starts. Much of it is interface, output driven, and reverse engineered into specs.

How about in your case?

Hi Janette

Normally agile methodologies like Scrum and Feature Driven Development seems to work best for projects where:

-requirements are not fixed/or keep moving
-functionality is not yet defined
-you want to move through different iterations of the final work product, until "you get it right"
-want a collaborative approach to development between the project team and project sponsor

Nomally web projects we engage in fall under the above.
