Share 'Broadband connection problems'
It has just taken 10 days of constant calls to PLDT's help line to get my DSL properly re-connected and delivering a speed of 1.4 mbps which is what I pay for. For 6 days I had only 300 kbps then for 4 days no connection at all. PLDT were very slow to respond. Am I the only one with these problems? Can anybody suggest a more reliable ISP? I prefer cable to wireless. Comments please.
