Why call it Blogging from Home?
I first heard of blogging around 1999. At that time, blog technology is not good enough to meet my needs for a personal home page and accommodate requirements that to promote my first book.

Today, blogs evolved as a medium for self-expression, knowledge sharing, advocacy promotion, debate on critical issues, events marketing, revenue generation, among others.

In 2006, I released the free Blogging 101 Workshop Online trial e-book that intends to teach interested Internet users on how to blog. Improvements were made since that lead to this online workshop today.

The title, Blogging from Home, was inspired from my current lifestyle. I blog from home, whether in the Philippines or in Australia, and pursue my passions in life.

For this online workshop, in a simple manner, I will share how to do the following:

1. Create a blog to suit your needs.

2. Explore possible blog uses from journaling notable events, write book reviews, to promote a product or service offering.

3. Provide insight on copyright and deal with those who violate it.

4. Discuss marketing practices to increase blog traffic.

5. Show how to join 3rd-party advertising or revenue program for extra income.

6. How to create your own ad revenue program.
