I still like Banco De Oro due to its big number of branches and friendlier banking hours. However, its online edition is hardly catching up to the quality of service their physical branches are delivering.
Still, up to this day, Banco De Oro does not intend to explain itself for the downtime last weekend. This is a signal for me to really start exploring other banks and go through grueling account creation process.
