I just joined Dole Banana Morning Motto. Like most fruits, bananas have a lot of health benefits like the protection of eyesight, reduction of depression, restoration of a normal bowel function, improvement of nerve function, reliever of stress, reduction of the risk of stroke, prevention of high blood pressure, and many more.  Because of its lots of vitamins and minerals, Dole Banana gives enough energy that can last the whole day.

 

Dole Banana Morning Motto inspires Filipinos to own and embrace their respective mornings.  This motto contest runs from Aug 5 – Sept 4, 2011.
