Looking for glass trophy supplier

With the DigitalFilipino Web Awards 2009 about to start its judging process by October 20, I have an urgent task of finding a good trophy supplier who can replicate the design we had in 2007 or suggest something better (can't find old supplier anymore).

Here are the specs:

1. Trophy with 3 logos (major sponsor logo, digitalfilipino web awards, digitalfilipino logo)

2. Size: (based on widest/tallest part of the curve)
- 1st & 2nd base height combined is 2 to 2.5 cm
- 1st base horizontal length is 15.5 to 16 cm, vertical length is 9 to 9.5cm
- 2nd base horizontal length is 14 to 14.5 cm, vertical length is 8 to 8.5cm
- Glass front height is 19.2 cm, horizontal width is 15 cm
- Glass back height is 29 to 29.5 cm, horizontal width is 18 cm

3. To be delivered in individual durable boxes with adequate fillers inside to prevent damage. (yes I have to specify this. Realized that suppliers doesn't give such as a default.)

Will need 31 to 41 trophies (depending on number of category winners).
