Improving Merchant-Buyer Online Transaction Confidence (Can we move beyond C.O.D.?)

DigitalFilipino Janette Toral interviewed Xend Business Solutions Inc. (http://www.xend.com.ph) CEO Bjorn Pardo on the need for merchants and buyers to increase their trust when transacting online.
